1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gluvax's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

Gluvax provides an AI-powered omnichannel customer service platform that enables businesses to connect with their customers across multiple communication channels. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered conversation management and automation
• Multi-channel messaging integration (email, chat, social media, etc.)
• Customer analytics and insights
• Team collaboration tools
• API access for custom integrations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' use of the service
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Collecting user data without consent

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gluvax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to our platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluvax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gluvax and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
